Aluminium and its alloys are found in increasingly wider applications in the most varied fields due to its beneficial qualities among which are low specific mass (almost three times less than steel), strength, excellent formability, fine welding properties, high corrosion resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, its anti-static characteristics and as a non-magnetic material it can be easily recycled.

Eloxovaný hliníkOur company specializes in production from high-quality eloxed aluminium. It is a very bright and shiny aluminium which is used in light industry for production of various reflectors and rasters for lights thanks to its high reflection, but it can be also used as a decorative material or as a replacement of mirror.Barevný eloxovaný hliník It is and eloxed material not a polished aluminium which is important fact in quality of material in accordance to its age. Polished aluminium starts to oxide in 1-2 years and looses its reflection and after years it has finaly no reflection at all. Mačkaný hliník We have this material in stock in sheets with dimensions 0,4 x 1550 x 1250 mm or in rolls 0,4 x 62 mm. We also use this material in mate variant. Which is in some cases more efective because the refraction stays same but its not so easy to get dirty. We also use this type of material in concave variant for production of some reflectors.

From standard aluminium we use aluminium sheets by norm EN-5754 - a mid-strength material, non hardening alloy, very corrosion resistant, sea water and tropical climate resistant and characteristically very good chemical resistance. Good weldability using all welding techniques with the weld joints also offering excellent corrosion resistance. Very good burnishing quality. Cutting tool suitability is low with the material in its soft temper and therefore the application is better suited to a harder material. Very good plasticity in its soft condition. Used for medium tension construction, welded applications parts and construction, corrosion resistant in sea water applications. Vessels from annealed and hardened material can be subjected to 1,6 MPa compression from - 196 °C up to + 150 °C of temperature. Widely used in the food and chemical industries, vehicle construction, ship building, architecture and interior design. Typical product applications include: pipes, liquid containers, framing, heat exchangers, protective casings, agricultural components, fabrics, machine manufacture, car construction, ship building, water cleaners and tanks.
We have standard in stock 1,2 x 2000 x 1000 mm mid-strength aluminium sheets.
