For more than 5 years our company builds the quality management system based on norm ČSN EN ISO 9001 : 2001. We acquired our first certificate on 30. 04. 2003. We choose "CQS - Sdružení pro certifikaci jakosti" as our certificate agency, because we have longtime experience with them.
We constantly improve and work on our system and check it with audits of quality system. We also check our strongs and weaknesses with SWOT analysis, and based on results we change our processes or company politics.
