In the CNC punching sphere of bussines we are equiped with punching center FINN- POWER A5, which is able to punch holes into sheets up to 5 mm thickness and size of 2500 x 1250 mm however our production specializes in punching into thickness 0.3 - 2.0 mm middle format sheets, because most of our tools are made for use with this material. We use CNC machines for a long time and this is not our first punching center, we have lots of experience and knoledge in this branch and we have qualified employees.
For punching and pressing we use high-quality tools from foreign companyes as MATE, WILSON TOOL, DIETZ etc. These are wordlwide known producers of tools with longtime reputation and the quality of tools is for us very important because the quality of product depends on it.
If it si necessary to cut sheets before punching or pressing to a 
specific dimension we have hydraulic cutting machine HACO. Precize cutting of sheets up to 4 mm thickness and 2060 mm width on powerful CNC hydraulic sheet cutter with swing beam. The movement of the beam is made by the hydraulic pressure for cutting and returning is made by the pressure of the nitrogen. This method makes the cutting faster and improves the quality of output material.
